Standard Home Video Inventory
Standard Plan Company comes to the Premises and performs a complete Home Video Inventory which shall consist of the following
- Recording the outside of the premises and any items that reside outside the Premises.
- Recording of the inside of the Premises room by room, and any items of value stored in each room.
- Provide client with a copy for Client’s records.
* Keep copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory at Company’s Office.
- Store off-site and out of state a back-up copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory.
- Make available, only with client’s written permission, a copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory to Client’s Insurance Company in case of a claim.
- Be available to substantiate inventory at the date of recording to Client’s Insurance Company.
Price for the Standard Plan includes first year Off-Site Storage: $299.00*
Yearly Storage after the first year $ 25.00 per year
Additional copy of the Home Video Inventory each $ 25.00

Standard Plus Plan
Standard Plan Plus Same as above, but to include up to 10 digital images of Client’s choice and the digital recording of any and all receipts.
- Recording the outside of the premises and any items that reside outside the Premises.
- Recording of the inside of the Premises room by room, and any items of value stored in each room.
- Provide client with a copy for Client’s records.
- Keep copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory at Company’s Office.
- Store off-site and out of state a back-up copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory.
- Make available, only with client’s written permission, a copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory to Client’s Insurance Company in case of a claim.
- Be available to substantiate inventory at the date of recording to Client’s Insurance Company.
- Digital recording of Client’s receipts.
- Include up to 10 digital images of any items of Client’s choice.

Premium Plan
Premium Plan Same as the Standard plan, but to include up to 100 digital images of Client’s choice and the digital recording of any and all receipts.
- Recording the outside of the premises and any items that reside outside the Premises.
- Recording of the inside of the Premises room by room, and any items of value stored in each room.
- Provide client with a copy for Client’s records.
- Keep copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory at Company’s Office.
- Store off-site and out of state a back-up copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory.
- Make available, only with client’s written permission, a copy of Client’s Home Video Inventory to Client’s Insurance Company in case of a claim.
- Be available to substantiate inventory at the date of recording to Client’s Insurance Company.

- Include up to 50 digital images of any items of Client’s choice.
- Narration by client of Home Video Inventory
Price for the Premium Plan includes first year Off-site Storage: $599.00*

Business Plan
Price for the Business Plan includes first year Off-Site Storage $150.00 per hour Two Hour Minimum
One time Set-Up Fee $ 55.00
